ClarityShift Impact Group was founded by Dinora Taylor, a funding strategist with more than 19 years of experience in the nonprofit and social economic sector.

Throughout her career, Dinora has managed programs across more than 25 sites, led teams, secured funding, and helped build organizations from the ground up. As a former Executive Director, she understands the realities nonprofit leaders face not only the work required to create community impact, but also the challenges of maintaining funding and building sustainable organizations.

Her experience includes an MBA in Nonprofit Management and a Master's in Information Technology, bringing together nonprofit leadership, organizational strategy, and technology.

Today, that experience is used to help nonprofit leaders recognize the gaps that may be preventing their organizations from being positioned for the funding opportunities they deserve.
